Reviewing your campaign
To review a campaign before you send or schedule it, click the Review button on the top of the page:
Then, look through all your campaign's details: recipients, sender information, content, experiments, conversion events, data feeds — everything about the campaign.
Recipients estimate
When reviewing a blast campaign, you'll see a Recipients count. This is an estimate of your campaign's total recipients, based on the selected send lists, minus:
Suppressed users.
Users whose subscription preferences (message channel, message type) do not allow them to receive the campaign. For example, if the campaign has an opt-in message type, users on the send list who haven't opted in to that message type aren't included in the estimate.
For selective in-app message campaigns, users who haven't installed at least one of the mobile apps associated with the campaign.
After a campaign has finished sending, use Campaign Analytics to see the total number of actual sends. This number can differ from the initial Recipients estimate (for example, if list membership changed before you sent the campaign).
Previewing and sending test messages
If you haven't already done so, verify that your campaign looks right by:
- Previewing your campaign with data
- Send some test messages to yourself and other internal users.
