Create and configure a new campaign
To create a new campaign:
-
Navigate to Messaging > Campaigns. Click New campaign, and select a message medium.
-
Name the campaign. Give it some labels, as needed.
Labels can help you organize your campaigns. For more information, read Adding Labels to a Campaigns.
For push and in-app campaigns, configure a Destination — a set of apps and websites to which Iterable should send the campaign. To receive the campaign, users must have one of those apps installed.
Choose whether to send a blast or a triggered campaign. A blast campaign is sent to a large group of people, while a triggered campaign is sent to individual users as needed (triggered by API calls). You can't change a campaign from blast to triggered (or from triggered to blast).
