Welcome to Iterable! This article walks you through how to sign in to your Iterable account and get around in the Iterable platform.
# In this article
# Signing in to your account
How you sign in to Iterable depends on how your organization has set up user authentication.
# Signing in with SSO
If your organization uses SSO (single sign-on), you can sign in to Iterable using your company's SSO provider. For example, this could be Okta, OneLogin, or another SSO provider.
# Signing in with a password or Google
If you need to sign into Iterable with a username and password, or with your Google account, go to the Iterable login page.
NOTE
The URL you use to sign in to Iterable depends on whether your company's Iterable account is hosted on Iterable's US data center or EU data center:
- For the US data center, sign in at app.iterable.com.
- For Iterable's European data center, sign in at app.eu.iterable.com.
Note that the URL you use to sign in depends on the terms of your Iterable contract and may not correspond to your company's physical location. For example, if your company is located in Spain (an EU country), but your Iterable account is hosted on Iterable's US data center, you should sign in using the URL for US-based Iterable projects (app.iterable.com).
Most Iterable customers use Iterable's US data center. If you're not sure which data center your account is hosted on, check with your Iterable customer success manager.
To learn more about using the right URL and links for your project, see Iterable's European Data Center.
# Iterable Command Center: Your homepage
Iterable's Command Center is the homepage you land on as soon as you sign in. This is your primary workspace, providing a real-time snapshot of recent activity for your current project. Use the Command Center to monitor high-level performance metrics, receive alerts that might need your attention, and quickly navigate to your most-recently used actions or conversations.
NOTE
Be sure that the project you're viewing is the one you want to work in and that the correct period of time is selected.
# Navigation toolbar
Use the navigation toolbar on the left of the app to access the following tabs for the stated tasks:
Messaging - Set up, send, and edit journeys, campaigns, and experiments.
Content - Access the templates, snippets, catalogs, and data feeds you use to build
your brand's creative assets and personalize messages for your users.Audience - Segment your users into cohorts, create and manage audience lists, view individual user profiles, and manage anonymous users.
Insights - Analyze and interpret the results of your campaigns with Messaging Insights, dashboards, Predictive Goals, reports, and logs.

# Customizing your homepage
To customize your homepage to display only information about campaigns that have a certain label or are a certain message type, click Apply Filter just above the Health section and select the filters you want to apply. You can also specify whether you want to view the details for only today, yesterday, or the past 7 or 30 days. The view will persist for future visits to the homepage.
# Accessing recent activity
Use the Jump Back In section under the welcome banner on the homepage to seamlessly resume your work from any of your 10 most recent tasks and Nova Agent conversations. Click an activity or conversation label to pick up exactly where you left off.
# Checking alerts and the health of your project
Review the health of your project and get a quick look at conversion metrics across channels and alerts that might need your attention right away. Note that the most recent alerts appear at the top of the Alerts list, and you can view additional details about an alert by clicking into it from the homepage.
If you need help setting up alerts for your project, see Campaign Performance Alerts.
# Creating and managing goals
You can create goals to measure conversion events across your campaigns. Monitor their progress from the Goals section of your project's Command Center.
There are a couple of ways to create a new goal:
From the Command Center, click either Create Goal (to create a new goal) or Add Goal (to make an existing goal visible in the Command Center) in the Goals section.
From the navigation toolbar, click Insights > Goals and click New Goal.
For new goals, provide a name for your goal and select the event to use as the conversion event associated with the goal.
TIP
To control whether a goal appears in the Goals section of the Command Center, click the three-dot overflow menu next to the goal (either in the Goals section of the homepage or in the Goals index) and select Hide on my homepage. To add a goal, click Add to my homepage from the Goals Index page.
