The Integrations Hub is the central place to discover, configure, and manage integrations for your Iterable project.
From the Hub, you can browse the integrations available to your project, check whether an integration is already connected, and open the setup or management flow for a specific integration.
# In this article
# Accessing the Integrations Hub
In Iterable, go to Integrations > Integrations Hub.
The Hub shows a combined catalog of integrations. Depending on the integration, the next step may open:
- A native setup or management flow in Iterable
- An existing Iterable page for that integration
- A linked setup experience
- Documentation for a legacy integration
IMPORTANT
Some integrations only appear after your project accepts a subprocessor notice. For details, see Subprocessor acknowledgement.
# Permissions
Members who change connections or configuration in the Hub must have the Manage Integrations permission.
Depending on your project's configuration, some members may be able to browse the catalog even if they can't manage connections.
To learn more about project permissions, see Permissions for Using Iterable.
# Subprocessor acknowledgement
Some integrations in the Hub are delivered through a third-party subprocessor that processes your project's data on Iterable's behalf. Before these integrations become available, a member with the Manage Integrations permission must review and accept a subprocessor notice. The notice appears as a banner the first time the Hub is opened in the project.
Until the notice is accepted:
- Integrations that rely on the subprocessor aren't shown in the Hub and can't be connected.
- No project data is shared with the subprocessor.
- Integrations that don't rely on the subprocessor remain available as usual.
The decision applies to the entire project, not just the member who made it. If the notice is declined, those integrations stay unavailable.
For details about the subprocessors Iterable uses, see Iterable's subprocessor list.
# What you can do in the Hub
Use the Hub to:
- Browse available integrations in one place
- Search for a specific integration by name
- Review high-level details such as an integration's name, description, category, and connection summary
- Open the primary setup or management path for a given integration
Some integrations display richer connection awareness than others. For example, you may see whether an integration is connected before you open it, while other integrations may provide those details only after you open their setup flow.
# What the Hub doesn't replace
The Hub is the best place to start when you want to find an integration, but it doesn't replace every existing integration-related page in Iterable.
You may still complete setup or advanced configuration in pages such as:
Many partner-specific guides also remain the best source for configuration details, prerequisites, and troubleshooting steps.
