The Twilio + Iterable integration lets you send SMS and MMS messages to your users.

To integrate your USDC-based Iterable account with Twilio, complete the steps below.
Step 1: Talk to your Iterable customer success manager
Let your Iterable customer success manager know that you'd like to integrate your Iterable account with Twilio. After they've prepared your account for the integration, continue on to the next step.
Step 2: Configure your Twilio account and related settings
First, you'll configure your Twilio account and gather some information from it. You'll need to setup and find things such as:
- Your Twilio API key SID and secret
- Your account SID
- Messaging services
- Webhooks and callbacks
Work with your Iterable implementation consultant or customer success manager to complete this setup and gather necessary information.
Step 3: Add your Twilio account to Iterable
Now, add your Twilio account information to Iterable:
In Iterable, go to Settings > Sending Platforms.
In the Connect a New Platform section, click Twilio Direct.
On the Twilio page that appears, click Add Account.

Fill in the required fields for your account:
Then, click Connect.
For the account you've just created, click Add Messaging Service.

Fill in information about the messaging service you'd like to associate with the account:
Select an Optional Message Type Binding to associate SMS subscriptions for this sender with a specific message type. To learn more about choosing a message type binding in this step, see Managing SMS Opt-Outs by Message Type.
When you're done, click Add Messaging Service.
Step 4: Finish configuring Iterable
To finish setting up your Iterable account to work with Twilio, work with your implementation consultant or customer success manager. You'll need to do things such as configure your senders and message channels and types.
