Send Calendar

Iterable's Send Calendar provides a handy way to analyze when you've sent blast campaigns or have them scheduled for the future (non-recurring only).

# Overview

The Send Calendar view provides yearly, monthly, weekly and daily views of sent and scheduled blast campaigns (however, the calendar does not display future sends for recurring campaigns).

To use this feature, navigate to Insights > Send Calendar.

# Yearly view

For a yearly view, click the Year toggle button:

In the yearly view:

• Badges display the number of campaigns that have already been sent for each month (no future sends are included).
• Hover over a month and click the down arrow to view campaigns sent that month.
• Click a campaign to view its analytics.
• Times are specified in UTC.

# Month view

For a monthly view, click the Month toggle button:

In the month view:

• Blue dots represent sent or scheduled campaignst. Remember that future sends of recurring campaigns are not represented on this screen.
• Hover over a day and click the down arrow to view details about the campaigns sent that day. Click a campaign to view its analytics.
• Times are specified in UTC.

# Weekly View

For a weekly view, click the Week toggle button:

In the weekly view:

• Each day displays information about campaigns sent or scheduled for that day.
• Click a campaign to view its analytics.
• Dates are specified in UTC.

# Daily view

For a daily view, click the Day toggle button:

In the daily view:

• Blue lines represent sent or scheduled campaigns.
• Times are specified in the browser's timezone.
