Viewing performance data for a WhatsApp campaign
You can view delivery and performance metrics for an individual WhatsApp campaign on its Campaign Analytics page. To get there, go to Messaging > Campaigns, open the campaign you’re interested in, and click View Analytics in the upper right corner of the page.
From here, you can click into the individual campaign metrics you want to analyze. To learn more about analyzing a campaign’s performance, see Campaign Analytics.
Evaluating WhatsApp channel performance
You can view aggregate delivery and performance metrics for all of your campaigns — including WhatsApp campaigns — from the Messaging Insights page. To get there, go to Insights > Messaging Insights.
From here, you can use the filters and metrics options in the left side panel to view the data you’re interested in.
WhatsApp events and metrics
As users receive and interact with your WhatsApp campaigns, you can track various WhatsApp–related events. These events are the basis for the WhatsApp–related metrics that you can view in Campaign Analytics and Messaging Insights.
You can export these events using webhooks in order to trigger automations in other systems. To learn more, see Webhooks Overview.
