WhatsApp is an instant messaging and voice/video call platform with over two billion monthly active users worldwide. With its broad global adoption and easy-to-use instant messaging capabilities, WhatsApp enables personal, real-time communication between businesses and customers and is a great channel for reaching your customers where they already are.
Iterable supports WhatsApp as a sending channel via the WhatsApp Business Platform. When you leverage Iterable's WhatsApp sending capabilities, you can schedule and send standalone WhatsApp campaigns, automate WhatsApp message sends in journeys, and view data for your WhatsApp campaigns' performance with Iterable's reporting tools.
