With this integration, you can use Jacquard, a brand language-optimization platform, to increase opens, engagement, and conversions in your Iterable campaigns.
NOTE
Jacquard was previously called "Phrasee," and the Jacquard real-time endpoint URL that you'll need to set up this integration (see Step 3) still uses the previous name.
Setup
In Jacquard
First, you'll need to find your Jacquard campaign ID and Jacquard Connect Server authorization token.
To find your Jacquard campaign ID, open the relevant Jacquard campaign and navigate to the Language Generation step. Click the arrow button in the upper-right corner.
Under Campaign Info, copy the campaign ID. You’ll need it in a later step.
NOTE
If you don’t have your Jacquard Connect Server authorization token, ask your Jacquard customer success manager to give you one.
In Iterable
Next, you'll need to create a data feed in Iterable.
Navigate to Content > Data Feeds.
Click Create New Feed.
-
Add the URL for the Jacquard real-time endpoint. It should look something
like this:https://realtime.phrasee.co/live/single_variant?campaign_id=<CAMPAIGN_ID>
Make sure to replace the
<CAMPAIGN_ID>
parameter with the Jacquard campaign ID you copied earlier.NOTE
If you're planning to reuse this data feed for multiple Iterable campaigns, you'll need to update the
<CAMPAIGN_ID>
URL parameter with the right Jacquard campaign ID each time. Make sure you don't test or deploy another campaign that uses the same data feed before you update the Jacquard campaign ID! -
Finally, add your Jacquard Connect Server authorization token, preceded by the word
Bearer
and a space. Click Save Feed.
Once you’ve saved the data feed, you can call it in your Iterable campaign(s) using a Handlebars expression.
