Use cases
Here are some ways you can use Iterable and Radar together:
Geofence-triggered messaging
Trigger a push message, SMS, or entire journey as a user steps into or out of a geofence. Geofence your stores or restaurants, competitive locations, partner merchants, or key locations such as airports, to send the right message at precisely the right time.
Location-based app personalization
Recognize when a user is within a certain geofence (as 10 meters or as big as an entire country), and use this context to provide the most relevant in-app messaging, inbox message, and/or catalog functionality. For example, highlight and promote on-premise features (e.g., scan-to-pay) to users who are currently in your store or restaurant.
Trip tracking with arrival detection
Personalize the pickup and delivery experience for brick and mortar brands and logistics use cases by using trip tracking to determine real time ETAs and trigger nearby and arrival events.
Pickup / BOPIS - Track a user's real-time location while en route for a pickup. Provide staff with a real-time ETA and trigger actions (e.g., a notification to the user or staff) at predefined checkpoints during the trip.
Delivery and fleet tracking - Track your in-house delivery team via a driver app to be able to send ETA updates and real-time arrival notifications to an end user who is expecting the delivery.
Location-informed audience segmentation
Build audience segments based on location partners, such as recent store visits. Adding a location layer to your audiences can be a highly effective way to further contextualize a campaign or journey.
