Scrollmark can automatically enrich Iterable with new leads and zero-party behavioral data from organic and paid social media, send updates on your social loyalty programs via email and SMS through Iterable campaigns, and synchronize your Messenger Subscription lists with your Iterable email and SMS lists to ensure a cohesive omnichannel marketing experience.
# Connecting your Iterable account to Scrollmark
To connect your Iterable account to Scrollmark:
Add your Iterable project's API key to your Scrollmark account. To do this, in Scrollmark, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Iterable and click Connect > Connect Account. Give the connection a name and paste in your Iterable API key. You'll need to provide a Server-side API key.
From the Settings page, you can turn on Auto-sync to automatically keep your Scrollmark audience synced to Iterable. Select the audience properties you want to sync and then click Save.
# Sending data from Scrollmark to Iterable
To send data from Scrollmark to Iterable, use custom events.

In Scrollmark, navigate to Journeys > Create Journey and configure your desired starting point.
Once you've created your journey, add an Export journey point in the appropriate location(s). Select Iterable and then the name of your Iterable connection to make sure data is sent to the correct place. Then click Configure Event.

Configure the event properties you want to send to Iterable. By default, Scrollmark will send the Scrollmark ID and part of the custom event.

To send a test event to Iterable, click Test. To see this event in Iterable, navigate to Insights > Events and look for the event named SCROLLMARK EXPORT.

To make your Scrollmark journey live, click Save and Publish. Whenever the Export journey point is reached, it will send a custom data point to Iterable. Here are a few ways to use events.
