The FenixCommerce + Iterable integration connects your FenixCommerce shipping data to your Iterable project, allowing you to proactively notify customers of shipment status updates (like order confirmations and delivery notifications) through your Iterable email and SMS campaigns.
FenixCommerce supports the following shipment tracking events:
- Order Confirmation
- Shipment Delay
- Ready to Ship/Label Printed
- Picked Up By Carrier/Left Warehouse
- Shipment Exception
- Shipment Confirmation
- Shipment Stalled
- Shipment In Transit
- Delivery Delay

Setup instructions
In Iterable
Step 1: Create an API key
- Go to Integrations > API Keys.
- Click New API Key.
- Give your API key a name (for example, "FenixCommerce Integration") and select Server-side.
- Click Create.
- Copy the API key to your clipboard.
IMPORTANT
Store your API key in a safe location. Once you close this menu, you won't be able to view the full API key again.
Step 2: Create a campaign
- Go to Messaging > Campaigns.
- Create a new campaign and select Email or SMS for the medium.
- Give your campaign a name, and select API-Triggered.
- Add your campaign's design and content, including the dynamic placeholders provided by FenixCommerce.
- When you're finished setting up your campaign, click Review.
- Click Activate.
- Go back to the Campaigns page, and copy the campaign ID to your clipboard.
In FenixCommerce
Step 1: Set up an Iterable channel
- Go to the Post-Purchase Configuration tab in the admin console.
- Select Notifications.
- Click Add Channel > Iterable.
- Enter the "FenixCommerce" API key you created in Iterable.
- Click Create.
Step 2: Configure your notification events
- Go to Notifications.
- Select the event you want to configure.
- Under Channel Configuration, enter the required credenitals and your Iterable campaign ID.
