The Storyly + Iterable integration lets you easily import Iterable lists to Storyly so you can target the right audiences with your Stories.
Setup instructions
In Iterable
Step 1: Create an API key
- Go to Integrations > API Keys.
- Click New API Key.
- Give your API key a name (for example, "Storyly Integration") and select Server-side.
- Click Create.
- Copy the API key to your clipboard.
IMPORTANT
Store your API key in a safe location. Once you close this menu, you won't be able to view the full API key again.
In Storyly
Step 1: Set up the Iterable Connector
- On the Storyly dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on the Iterable card.
- Enter the following:
- Integration Name: A name for the integration. (You can connect multiple Iterable projects.)
- API Key: The "Storyly Integration" API key you created in Iterable.
- Iterable Project Data Center: The Iterable data center that hosts your project.
- Click Connect Iterable. You should see the integration appear under Active Integrations.
Step 2: Import your Iterable audiences to Storyly
- Go to Audiences on the Storyly dashboard.
- Click + New Audience > Create Audience with Iterable.
- Select the audience you'd like to import and click Next.
- Select one of the synchronization options:
- One-time sync: Select this option if you only want to import your audience from Iterable to Storyly once.
- Daily sync: Select this option if you want to set up a daily recurring audience import from Iterable to Storyly.
- When you're finished, click Done, and the audience will appear at the bottom of your Audiences list.
IMPORTANT
Depending on the size of your audience, the import process may take a couple of minutes.
