Storyly + Iterable Integration

The Storyly + Iterable integration lets you easily import Iterable lists to Storyly so you can target the right audiences with your Stories.

# Step 1: Create an API key

1. Go to Integrations > API Keys.
2. Click New API Key.
3. Give your API key a name (for example, "Storyly Integration") and select Server-side.
4. Click Create.
5. Copy the API key to your clipboard.

# Step 1: Set up the Iterable Connector

1. On the Storyly dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on the Iterable card.
2. Enter the following:
   • Integration Name: A name for the integration. (You can connect multiple Iterable projects.)
   • API Key: The "Storyly Integration" API key you created in Iterable.
   • Iterable Project Data Center: The Iterable data center that hosts your project.
3. Click Connect Iterable. You should see the integration appear under Active Integrations.

# Step 2: Import your Iterable audiences to Storyly

1. Go to Audiences on the Storyly dashboard.
2. Click + New Audience > Create Audience with Iterable.
3. Select the audience you'd like to import and click Next.
4. Select one of the synchronization options:
   • One-time sync: Select this option if you only want to import your audience from Iterable to Storyly once.
   • Daily sync: Select this option if you want to set up a daily recurring audience import from Iterable to Storyly.
5. When you're finished, click Done, and the audience will appear at the bottom of your Audiences list.
