The Extole + Iterable Integration lets you seamlessly transfer data about your referral program from Extole to Iterable, so you can grow your audience and send targeted messaging to your customers.
Connecting Extole to Iterable
In Iterable
- Go to Integrations > API Keys.
- Click New API Key.
- Give your API key a name (for example, "Extole Integration") and select Server-side.
- Click Create.
- Copy the API key to your clipboard.
TIP
Make note of your API key in a safe location. Once you leave this screen, you won't be able to see it again.
In Extole
- Sign in to your Extole account, and go to Tech Center > Outbound Webhooks.
- Click Create New Integration.
- Enter a name for the key (this is how you'll refer to the key in Extole).
- Select Webhook as the Key Type.
- Open the Algorithm dropdown, and choose Password.
- Paste your Iterable server-side API key into the Key field.
- Click Create Key.
Sending Data from Extole to Iterable
Extole collects data about customer referrals and subscriptions, which can be sent to Iterable as static lists or custom events.
