This guide describes, at a high level, how to integrate Telnyx with your Iterable account to send SMS and MMS messages.
NOTE
You can also use Twilio to send SMS and MMS messages with Iterable.

Instructions
To set up your Iterable account to work with Telnyx, complete the steps below.
Step 1: Talk to your Iterable customer success manager
Let your Iterable customer success manager know that you'd like to integrate your Iterable account with Telnyx. After they've prepared your account for the integration, continue on to the next step.
Step 2: Configure your Telnyx account and related settings
First, you'll configure your Telnyx account and gather some information from it. You'll need to set up and find things such as:
- Your Telnyx API key (must be V2)
- Your Telnyx messaging profiles
Work with your Iterable implementation consultant or customer success manager to complete this setup and gather necessary information.
Step 3: Add your Telnyx account to Iterable
Now, add your Telnyx account information to Iterable:
In Iterable, navigate to Settings > Sending Platforms.
In the Connect a new platform section, click Telnyx.
On the Telnyx page that appears, click Connect account.

Fill in the required fields for your account:
Then, click Connect account.
For the account you've just created, click Add messaging profile.

Fill in information about the messaging profile you'd like to associate with the account:

When you're done, click Add messaging profile.
Step 4: Finish configuring Iterable
To finish setting up your Iterable account to work with Telnyx, work with your implementation consultant or customer success manager. You'll need to do things such as configure your senders and message channels and types.
