Iterable integrates with ViralSweep so customers can unify their promotional campaigns with their messaging strategy.

This integration requires an Iterable account and a ViralSweep account.

#Overview
1) Connect to Iterable
When setting up your campaign, go to the Connect Email Service section and click on Iterable.
2) Input Credentials
Input your Iterable API key. You can find your API key in your Iterable account by going to:
Integrations > API Keys
Either copy an existing key, or create a new key.
Once you have your API key, paste it into ViralSweep.
3) Choose a list
Once you successfully input your credentials and click the connect button, we will reveal your Iterable lists. Simply choose a list from the dropdown menu and click connect.
4) You're connected
That's it, you're all set. Your campaign is now connected to your Iterable account, and we will send user data right into your Iterable list.

What data do you pass to Iterable?
ViralSweep will pass the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Address
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Zip
- Country
- Phone
- Birthday
- Referral URL
- Signup Source (API)
- Promotion ID
- Tracking URL source name
Do you update subscribers?
Yes, if you run a promotion and we pass someone to Iterable, then you run another promotion in the future and the same person enters, we will automatically update their information in Iterable (if any new information is provided). Mainly, the referral URL will be updated with the newest URL for each promotion they enter.
Troubleshooting
If you have connected your campaign to Iterable and users are not being added to your list, these are the most common reasons as to why:
Email already in Iterable list
The email address entered into the Iterable list may already be in your Iterable list, so it will not be added again.
Email already entered into ViralSweep
The email address entered into the campaign has already been entered into the campaign previously, so therefore it is not passed to Iterable again. This can happen if you set up your Iterable integration after you have already entered the campaign.
Delay in reporting
If Iterable is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours.
