Iterable customers can use Phrasee, a brand language-optimization platform, to increase opens, engagement, and conversions in Iterable campaigns.
To get set up, follow the instructions below.
Before getting started, have your Phrasee campaign ID and Phrasee Connect Server authorization token ready.
If you don’t have your Phrasee campaign ID, navigate to the relevant Phrasee campaign and click the open panel arrow button in the upper-right corner. To see this button, you'll need to be on the Language Generation step in the campaign-creation process.
Under Campaign Info, copy the campaign ID. You’ll need it in a later step.
If you don’t have your Phrasee Connect Server authorization token, ask your Phrasee customer success manager to give you one.
Next, set up the integration in Iterable. To do this, you'll need to create a data feed:
Navigate to Content > Data Feeds.
Click Create New Feed.
Add the URL for the Phrasee real-time endpoint. It should look something like this:
<CAMPAIGN_ID>with your unique Phrasee campaign ID.
If you're planning to reuse this data feed for multiple Iterable campaigns, you'll need to update the
<CAMPAIGN_ID>URL parameter with the correct Phrasee campaign ID each time. Make sure you don't test or deploy another email that uses the same data feed before you update the Phrasee campaign ID!
Finally, add your Phrasee Connect Server authorization token, preceded by the word
Bearerand a space (see the screenshot below).
Click Save Feed.
Once you’ve saved the feed, you can call it in your Iterable campaign(s) using the Handlebars expression.
