Workflow Analytics allows you to track your workflow overall performance, get deeper insights at the workflow node level and identify key conversion points to build winning cross-channel campaigns.
Viewing Aggregate Workflow Analytics
To view workflow analytics, click on "Show Analytics," which should appear right above the workflow canvas next to the buttons to "Save" and "Delete" the workflow.
Once you click on that button, you will now be able to select the date range for your report and the metrics that you want to view.
For the date range, you can select one of our predefined ranges (Today, Yesterday, Past 3 days, Past week, Past month) or you can select a custom range.
We have over 50 metrics to choose from, including Sends, Opens and Clicks across all of our message channels.

Viewing Send Node Metrics
In addition to viewing aggregated metrics across the entire workflow, you can also view metrics for individual send nodes.
Click on "Show All Node-Level Analytics" next to the date selector for workflow level analytics.
Node level analytics will now show up to the left of the Send node.
