Reports display metrics for campaigns or journeys over a specified time range, and can be saved for repeated viewing. This guide describes how to create, view and export reports.

Managing your project's reports
To work with your project's reports, navigate to Insights > Reports.
Here, you can see a list of all your projects's reports, view them and delete them. Reports are shared with all project members who have sufficient permissions to see them.
Creating a report
To create a report, follow these instructions:
Navigate to Insights > Reports.
Click Create a New Report.
Provide a Report Name.
Select metrics to include in the report.
Select a date range. Use the calendar control for custom date range, or use one of the pre-configured ranges:
- Past 3 Days
- Past 5 Days
- Past Week
- Past Month
On the Campaigns and Journeys tabs, select campaigns and journeys to include in the report. When you add a journey, the report includes all of its campaigns.
Click Create Report to create and display the report.
Viewing a specific report
To view a specific report, navigate to Insights > Reports and click its name. You'll see a report that looks something like this:
There are two ways to view a report's data:
Campaign View or Journey View - A table of aggregate metrics for the selected campaigns, over the specified date range.
Date Time View - A table displays metrics at particular points in time, over the specified date.
While viewing a report, you can change its included campaigns and journeys, date range, metrics and chart type. If you have sufficient permissions, you can save these changes.
Exporting a Report to a CSV file
For many reasons, it's often useful to export reports as CSV files. It allows you to create local backups of important data, gives you flexibility to manipulate the data however you'd like, and allows you to integrate the report with other data in Excel or a business intelligence tool.
To export a report to a CSV file:
On the Insights > Reports screen, open the report you’d like to export.
Click Export to CSV (next to Save Report).
The file automatically downloads to your computer.
To build a local recreation of the Campaign View or Date Time View shown in your web-based report, use pivot tables.
