By pairing a dynamic list with a scheduled recurring list workflow, you can automate anniversary emails. To start, you would need a date property on the user profile to create your dynamic list.
Step 1. Create Dynamic List
This dynamic list will use relative date properties to find all users who have a signup date on their user profile that is exactly one year ago. If you want to do a 2 year anniversary, you would create another dynamic lists and change 1y to 2y in the relative date query.
Step 2. Create Workflow with Scheduled Recurring List Trigger Node
Next you would create a workflow that is triggered by a Scheduled Recurring List. You would trigger the workflow with the dynamic list that you created in Step 1 and run it every morning.
Step 3. Set Delay
After the trigger node, you could set a delay so that the email is sent at a specific time in either the Project or Recipient's local timezone.
Step 4. Select Email Template and Activate Workflow
Finally, you would select the correct template for the Send Email node.
Now you can celebrate every anniversary with a new dynamic list and workflow.
