Welcome to Iterable! This guide will walk you though the process of getting set up.
Depending on the complexity of your environment, onboarding can take as little as a couple of hours or as much as three to four weeks.
First, your account manager will introduce you to someone from our Customer Success department, who will schedule an initial onboarding call with you. They will also send you an Onboarding Workbook, which will give you information on the pre-work you'll need to complete, a questionnaire about your use case and your overall onboarding schedule. Your Customer Success Manager will support you through every step of the onboarding process.
The goal of onboarding is to get you up and running with Iterable as quickly as possible.
