Yes, Iterable can send email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages. You can also send events from your mobile apps bakc to Iterable, and use these events to segment and filter contacts.
Does Iterable work for B2B companies?
B2B companies can definitely use Iterable, although its functionality is optimized for B2C companies (e.g, e-commerce, subscription services, media companies, etc.).
Is Iterable meant for marketers or for engineers?
Both. All of Iterable's core features (e.g., segmentation, journeys, A/B experiments, etc.) can be used by marketers without writing any code. But we also have APIs and integrations that can be used by engineers to add even more functionality.

Yes, we support dedicated IPs for customers that request it.

No, clicks on unsubscribeUrl

do not count towards your total number of clicks
or unique clicks. They also do not affect click rates.
Does Iterable send multi-part MIME emails automatically?
Yes, we automatically generate a plaintext version of the email at send time. We do not generate a plaintext version for proof sends.
Is there a limit to how much data can be attached to a trait, user, or event?
Yes, there is a 50kb limit for the entire object (entire user or entire event). It is important to keep the size in check to maintain good segmentation performance. We advise customers to use data feeds when possible.
How do I log out of my Iterable account?
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the Iterable app and select Sign out from the bottom of the pane.
