Iterable projects provide two levels of metric visibility:
- Campaign-level (specific to a campaign; covered in a separate support article)
- Aggregate-level (across multiple campaigns, covered in this article)
#Aggregate campaign metrics
To view aggregate campaign metrics, navigate to Campaigns > All. Here, you have two options:
Check the boxes along the left edge of the campaigns table to select campaigns that you want to aggregate. Then select View Aggregate Analytics for # Campaigns from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
Alternatively, click the Aggregate Analytics button:
At this point, you can filter the campaigns to be aggregated by filtering them based by creation date. For further filtering options, click Advanced Options:
Advanced filtering options include:
- Campaign State: Current status of the campaign (draft, scheduled, running, etc.)
- Campaign Type: Type of campaign (blast or triggered)
- Campaign Medium: Message channel (email, push, or SMS)
- Campaign name or ID
Once you are done, click View Analytics to go to the Aggregate Campaign Analytics page:
At the top of the Aggregate Campaign Analytics page, you will see an overview of all selected campaigns. To see the aggregated metrics for these campaigns, scroll down to the metric section of the page.
In order to see the metrics for a specific period, select a time window (orange arrow in the above screenshot). To choose metrics to view, select them from the drop-down menu on the right (red arrow in the above screenshot). The selected metrics for the desired time period will then be displayed.
The default viewing window is the past seven days; keep this in mind when first launching aggregate analytics.
#Exporting Aggregate Analytics
On the Aggregate Campaign Analytics page, click the Export Events button to export the combined metrics for the previously selected campaigns.
